Chupa Chups’ logo was designed by Salvador Dalí.
Enric Bernat founded Chupa Chups in 1958 — a sweet on a stick, so children wouldn’t get sticky hands. In 1969 he asked his friend Dalí to redesign the logo. Dalí reportedly did it in under an hour, and suggested putting it on top of the lollipop instead of the side, where it could always be seen whole.
