Hamdi Ulukaya, a Turkish immigrant, answered a piece of junk mail about a closing Kraft plant and bought the 85-year-old factory in 2005 on an $800,000 Small Business Administration loan. Two years later he shipped Greek yogurt into a market that barely had one. The plant Kraft walked away from now anchors a $20 billion company.
