Milka’s purple-cow chocolate cost a French seamstress named Milka her own website.
In 2001 Milka Budimir’s son gave her milka.fr for Christmas, for her two dress shops in the Drôme. Kraft Foods took her to court, and in 2005 a court ordered her to hand it over, because the brand was older than she was. In 2006 an appeals court ruled that in French law a first name carries no trading rights.
