Cisco’s ousted co-founder spent her fortune on anti-pink makeup and a Jane Austen estate.
When Cisco pushed out co-founder Sandy Lerner in 1990, she and her husband, Len Bosack, sold their stock for about $170 million. She founded Urban Decay, the makeup line whose “Does Pink Make You Puke?” ads sold shades called Smog and Oil Slick, and her foundation restored Chawton House, the estate of Jane Austen’s brother.
