When KFC came to China, Jack Ma said, 24 people applied and 23 were hired. He had failed China’s college entrance exam twice and never learned to code. In 1999 he started Alibaba in his apartment with 17 friends. In 2014 its listing in New York raised $25 billion, then the largest in history.
